3. Balance/Discharge cells to the cell of lowest votlage. For example, using 3 cells 11.1v pack. 2 cells are 3.5v and 1 cell is 3.4v. This device can bring down those two 3.5v cells into 3.4v
4. Balance/Discharge all the cells to a specific voltage
Also can measure Rx battery with Futaba plug.
